The vines have borne fruit, and it is time for the harvest. Soraia, a young woman, cuts herself. Her blood mingles with the wine. A black bull follows her trail.
Time stretches through the treetops. Among the trunks, humanity finds shelter and gathers to share bread, wine, memories and dreams—the story of a landscape and a struggle. We enter the great night, where nature speaks too.
Everything burns; it is the fire of the wind that heralds the heatwave.
