Da-Da-Da

Look! Listen! Feel! For the very youngest audience – babies!

Inspired by both tadpole-like figures and the world of art, we encounter characters in familiar situations. Such as meeting and parting, appearing and disappearing, existing without being seen, being close and apart, wanting something you can’t have, and getting something, you don’t want.

This performance is a part of Marionetteaterns international festival Pop Up Puppets at Kulturhuset Stadsteater in Stockholm the 20-23 of August 2026.

Tickets go on sale on 27 March.

About the performance

Wordless poetry, humor, conflict, tingling anticipation, and just the right amount of surprise. And a not-so-small train … Da-Da-Da is a theatrical experience aimed at babies aged 6–12 months. The performance engages multiple senses, allowing the audience to look, listen, and feel.

For babies aged 6-12 months and an accompanying adult. Each person in the party requires their own ticket.

About the team

The artistic team has drawn inspiration from artists like Kusama and Calder, as well as from the latest developments in developmental psychology and infant research.
