Bordsbokning: Stockholms Internationella Seriefestival

Anmäl dig före 10 mars! Obs! Anmälan är bindande. 

Nu är det dags att anmäla dig om du vill ha ett bord på SIS25:s seriemarknad, som går av stapeln under helgen 24-25 maj.

Marknadsbord

Vi erbjuder marknadsbord (stolar ingår) på våning 3 och våning 1 med måtten 120 x 70 eller 120 x 80 cm. Alla bord har samma pris oavsett placering och antal. Ett bord kostar 650 kronor, två bord kostar 1300 kronor och så vidare. (Ingen prishöjning från förra året.) En och samma bokning gäller för båda dagarna. Det kommer att finnas bordsplatser i Studion på gatuplanet, samt i Hörsalen och Foajé 3 på våning 3.

Monterplatser

Vi erbjuder även ett mindre antal monterplatser – ytor på ca 2 x 2 meter som du har möjlighet att inreda mer flexibelt. Dessa monterplatser passar bäst för de större förlagen och kostar mellan 2500 och 3500 kr beroende på placering. (Bord och stolar ingår.) Så här anmäler du dig

• Skicka en anmälan till seriefestivalen@kulturhusetstadsteatern.se 
  Namnge meddelandet "Marknad25"!
• Ange bordsinformation: 
  1. Kontaktpersonens namn + eventuellt företags-/publikationsnamn. 
  2. Vad du vill att bordet/montern ska heta i officiella utskick. 
  3. Hur många bord du vill ha, eller om du önskar en större monterplats.
  4. Ange hur många människor (ungefär) som kommer att dela på detta/dessa bord.
  5. Platserna är begränsade. Ange om du kan tänka dig att dela bord med någon annan utställare/säljare.
• Ange kontraktsinformation: 
  1. Namn på bordsansvarig/undertecknare av kontrakt
  2. Namn på ditt företag, om företaget betalar.
  3. Den ansvariges personnummer alternativt företagets organisationsnummer.
  4. Ansvarigs/företags adress, telefonnummer och epostadress.
  5. Ange om du vill ha faktura i pappersform eller digitalt.
• Ange en eller flera av följande kategorier för din verksamhet: 
  • Försäljning av serier
  • Försäljning av konst
  • Försäljning av annat tryck, t ex textfanzin
  • Försäljning av merchandise
  • Förmedling av information
  • Övrig verksamhet, ange vilken
• Sista dagen för intresseanmälan: 10 mars 2025!
• Skriftligt avtal och informationspaket kommer att skickas ut till dig i april.

Förhållningsregler

• Efterfrågan på marknadsbord är ofta väldigt hög.  Festivalledningen bestämmer urvalet, men vi kommer att arbeta för att så många som möjligt (förhoppningsvis alla) ska få plats.
• OBS! Anmälan är bindande! När vi bekräftar att du får ett bord vill vi att du tackar ja eller avböjer genast. Vill du avboka senare under våren tar vi ut en avbokningsavgift på halva bordspriset. 
• OBS! På förekommen anledning – var noga med att inte boka dubbelt. Är ni flera om en bordsbokning – samordna er och skicka endast in en anmälan.
• Utställare/säljare vid bordet förbinder sig till tillämpning av god redovisningssed inklusive skatt. De förbinder sig även till att respektera festivalledningens regler och beslutsrätt på plats. Beställaren av bordet ansvarar för att denna information delges samtliga utställare vid bordet. 
• Vår festival startade som en manifestation för konstnärlig frihet. Denna värdegrund vårdar vi och vi vill inte styra innehållet i den konst som förmedlas. Dock: vet du med dig att ditt alster kan upplevas som stötande – tänk på detta genom att exempelvis inte skylta alltför explicit och/eller markera att innehållet inte är lämpligt för minderåriga. Festivalledningen förbehåller sig rätten att avgöra detta på plats. Respektera också att festivalen verkar för jämställdhet, antirasism, HBTQ+-rättigheter och mänskliga rättigheter.

Now is the time for booking your table at the comics market of the Stockholm International Comics Festival 2025.

Have you just made your first ‘zine, or do you run a publishing house? Do you represent a fan organization or a school for comics artists? In either of these cases you are most welcome as an exhibitor at our market!

It is now time for those who want to have a vendor table at our [spx] market to sign up for the 2025 edition scheduled for the weekend of May 24–25.

Vendor tables

The vendor tables measure 120 x 70 or 120 x 80 cm. They cost 650 SEK regardless of placement and quantity. One table is 650, two tables 1,300 and so forth. One reservation is valid for both days.

Booth spaces

We also offer a smaller number of booth spaces – areas of approx. 2 x 2 meters that you have the possibility to furnish more flexibly. These booth spaces are best suited for the larger publishers and cost between SEK 2,500 and 3,500 depending on location. (Tables and chairs included.) Contact us at seriefestivalen@kulturhusetstadsteatern.se if you want to apply for such a place. 

Registration

• Send your application of interest to seriefestivalen@kulturhusetstadsteatern.se Name the message "Marknad25"!
• Write in your table information: 

1. State your name and the name of your company/publication.
2. State the name you want for your table/booth
3. State how many tables you desire.
4. State how many people (approximately) will work at this table/these tables.
5. The amount of available tables is limited. Plaese state whether you would be interested in sharing your table with another vendor.

• Write in your contract information:
  1. Name of contact/signer of contract på bordsansvarig/undertecknare av kontrakt
  2. Name of your company/organisation, if the contract is with a company/organisation. 
  3. The signer’s social security number OR the company’s/organisation’s VAT number. 
  4. Signers’s OR company’s postal adress, e-mail address, and telephone number
  5. State whether you would like the invoice digitally or in paper form. 
• Please state your business:
  • Selling comics (comic books, graphic novels, ’zines etc.)
  • Selling art or art prints
  • Selling other printed material, for example, text fanzines
  • Selling merchandise
  • Disseminate information
  • Other, write in
• Last day for registration is March 10th 2025!
• A contract and an information package will be dispatched to you in April.

Rules

• The demand for market tables is usually very high. The festival managament decides the selection of vendors. But we will work hard to give as many people as possible (hopefully all of you) a table.
• Note: The agreement is binding. After we have confirmed that you will get a table, we want you to confirm or decline immediately. If you want to cancel the table later on, there will be a fee of half the price of the table.
• Note: Please be sure not to make double reservations.
• The exhibitor/seller at the the market table is responsible for practicing good accounting according to the law, including payment of tax. They are also expected to respect the rules of the festival management.
• Our festival started out as a celebration of artistic freedom. We cherish those values and we do not want to put restrictions on that. But, if you know that your stuff can be perceived as offensive, we recommend you to take that into account. For example, do not advertise it too explicitly and/or note with signs that the content is not suitable for minors. Respect that the festival supports and works for gender equality, anti-racism, HBTQ+ rights and human rights.
